For the last two years we have introduced you to the people who make up our construction industry through our Light Lunch webinars. 

There are still so many interesting people to meet so we don't intend to stop but we have made a few tweaks to the format including changing it from a webinar to a Video Podcast and changing up our questions.

To launch Light Lunch 2.0 we thought it would only be right to feature our new (and returning) home team members.

On her last day in the office Floriana Medina chats with Chloe Stephen who has just returned from parental leave, plus Hayden Blucher and Kelly Dawson who have both recently joined the Institute of Building team.
