SITE VISIT | WHANGĀREI | CPD :3 

Following a successful construction walkthrough in 2025, the Radiation Oncology building at Whangārei Hospital is now ready for handover, and a final walkthrough invite is extended.

The project extends the existing Jim Carney Cancer Centre and is connected via a bridge. It includes state-of-the-art treatment facilities, comprising two linear accelerator bunkers and a CT scanner room, partially underground with reinforced concrete walls and roof.

The building will achieve a 5-Star Green Star rating.
