Summerset Waikanae is being developed in a 25-hectare site north of Wellington and will eventually house 450 residents, offering both independent and memory care.

Extensive earthworks have created platforms for uninterrupted sea views towards Kapiti Island.  After 2.5 years of construction, more than half the planning building, including villas, new CLT multi-tenancy units, and the Regional Main Building (set to finish in February 2026), have been completed and are gradually being occupied.
