Description
Join the Institute for a site visit to the mass-engineered timber structure, Queenstown High Performance Sports Hub dubbed 'The Mill' in Tāhuna | Queenstown.
The facility, designed by renowned architects Warren and Mahoney, will feature a 1200sq m gym, a spin cycle studio, group high-intensity interval training, or HIIT, studio, a 25m indoor turf track, indoor and outdoor training spaces, a high-tech recovery room, treatment rooms, a contrast therapy zone with infrared/traditional saunas and plunge pools, and a mezzanine meeting and event space.
The Mill is being constructed by Cook Brothers Construction — and is expected to open mid next year. At the visit we'll hear from Mark Tutty – Cook Brothers Construction Project Manager.
The visit will be followed by drinks and nibbles thanks to Cook Brothers Construction.

Parking: It’s a busy place, so we would encourage carpooling
Cost: Free for all Institute members and $50 + GST for non-members
