SITE VISIT | WELLINGTON | CPD :3 

 

Join the institute and Maycroft Construction for a site visit of the newly built The Maidstone Community Sports Hub (MCSH).

This is a significant and comprehensive project to redevelop and transform the park, which comprises of a new shared clubrooms, an indoor training facility and many smaller improvements and upgrades across the grounds.

 

This is a multipurpose sports facility utilised by multiple clubs (Rugby, Netball, Aikido, Boxing, Judo & Table Tennis), shared clubrooms, shared artificial indoor training facilities, equipment storage and venue hire.

 

After this visit we will head over to Brewtown for a drink.

 

Date:  Wednesday 8 November
Time:    4.30pm - 5.30pm Followed by drinks and Nibbles at Brew Town 
Meeting point:  20 Park Street, Upper Hutt 
Cost:     Free for NZ Institute of Building members; $50 + GST for Non-members
CPD:     3 credits

PPE:    Hard Hat and closed toe shoes
