SITE VISIT | AUCKLAND | CPD 3 | MEMBERS FREE | NON-MEMBERS $50+GST

The Elysian Apartments project site walk will provide a high‑level overview of a multi‑storey residential development currently under construction in Auckland. The visit will offer a firsthand insight into the project’s key challenges, construction methodology, and sequencing, as well as the building materials and systems being implemented. The walkthrough will enable discussion around design coordination, buildability considerations, and project delivery constraints typical of high‑density apartment developments.

Date:  Thursday 16 April 2026.

Time:  3.00pm - 4.15pm
Meeting point: Outside building, 25 Balfour Road, Panell, Auckland. 

Cost:     Free for Building Institute members | $50 + GST to Non-Members 
CPD:     3 credits
PPE:     High-vis vest, hard hat and safety boots.

The visit will conclude with drinks and nibbles at The Paddington, supported by Colliers.
