The Building Institute with support from Naylor Love invite you to an industry tour of the Cromwell Memorial Hall, Museum and Events Centre.

We're proud to present this landmark project to industry professionals across the Southern Lakes and Central Otago regions. Join us for a guided site tour of the 3,100m² building, which includes insights from the lead designer Jasmax and the Central Otago District Council’s Property and Facilities Manager.

Tour Highlights:

• A walk-through of the diverse construction elements, including:
• A 12.5-panel precast concrete auditorium built to IL3+ standards
• Steel and timber structural elements
• Multiple façade systems: curtain walling, locally sourced brickwork, aluminium cladding, and Sto render

Interior Features:

• A flexible, mixed-use space designed to serve the Central Otago community, featuring:
• Leasable commercial kitchen
• Auditorium
• Café and retail space
• Cinema
• Civic spaces
• Offices and gym facilities

Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Dunstan and adjacent to the historic Old Cromwell precinct, this development is set to become a cornerstone of the local community.

Naylor Love will provide light refreshments and nibbles.
