Join a site tour of Christchurch’s first commercial European mass timber project, showcasing sustainable construction with glulam beams and CLT panels.

• See the world’s first use of Hilti’s new column connectors, which simplify assembly while ensuring durability.
• Learn how careful consideration during the design phase minimizes risk and expedites construction, and how a thoughtful approach to sustainability has resulted in a Green Star 6-star target.

This tour offers a clear look at how innovative materials and engineering combine to create an efficient, eco-friendly building, providing insights into sustainable construction practices and their application in a modern commercial setting.
