Description
The construction industry is currently in a time of flux with residential consents continuing to fall, inflation and interest rates coming off the boil, construction cost inflation coming down and government changes.
Join the Institute’s industry leaders to discuss the current state of the construction industry in Aotearoa. There is a lot of uncertainty and stress out there when it comes to what’s happening right now, what’s coming down the pipeline, and how to plan for the future.
We will get together representatives from across the industry: commercial, government, residential to get their input. They will discuss the cyclical nature of the industry, how the current situation is affecting different areas, and how we can prepare for the future to ‘survive to 25’.
