Michaela Murray
National HSSQ Manager, Cook Brothers Construction
With a background in emergency nursing and experience managing on-site medical centres across South Island ski fields, Michaela now leads health, safety, sustainability, and quality initiatives at Cook Brothers. Passionate about people-focused change, she drives practical, purpose-driven improvements on the ground. Michaela is also the current INSHPO intern, working to strengthen national health and safety capacity.

Anntonina Savelio
Zero Harm Advisor, Auckland Airport Domestic Jet Terminal Project
From labouring at the Ports of Auckland to earning her diploma in construction management, Anntonina found her calling in health and safety during her Hawkins cadetship. Now a Zero Harm Advisor, she brings grassroots experience and a growing passion for safety leadership, especially in complex infrastructure environments.

 Natalia Ortega
PhD Candidate, Massey University
Natalia is researching how to promote a stronger safety culture in construction through systems thinking and empirical frameworks. Her doctoral work at Massey University is focused on creating actionable strategies that drive meaningful improvements across the sector, grounded in both theory and practice.
