In the session, we'll reflect on what shaped NZ construction in 2025, drawing on site conversations and real project experience.  We'll share lessons from major projects across New Zealand and discuss what's likely to shape delivery priorities in 2026. 

What can you expect to learn from this session: 

1. Clearer picture of what NZ delivery teams were focused on in 2025 including what teams cared about most on live NZ projects in 2025, where time was lost, where decisions got stuck and what issues kept repeating across disciplines. 
2. Understanding of what worked well across different types of NZ projects including practical examples of how teams approached delivery challenges across a mix of projects. Attendees can expect to take away a handful of practical ideas you can use on your own projects. 
3. What’s likely to matter in 2026 including a grounded view of what’s coming next in NZ (e.g. more organisations trying to standardise how projects run, consolidation of tech stack due to cost pressures) allowing participants to leave with a clearer idea of what to prioritise in 2026.
