Good Design Managers are in hot demand in New Zealand at the moment.

Whether it is at the front end i.e. Design & Build or Early Contractor Involvement contracts, or at the back end dealing with a poorly coordinated set of tender drawings. Many Design Managers are self taught and have picked up experience on the job.

The New Zealand Institute of Building have brought together industry leaders in design management to present an in depth interactive session on best practice from both New Zealand and international experience.
