Join our Building Legends in Wellington and Auckland for a workshop on Insolvency Fundamentals - learn how to prepare based on legal and financial basis and hear real life stories and experiences from different construction professionals.

Insolvency isn’t a comfortable topic for many but it’s one we need to confront and understand in our industry. In the construction industry we don’t work in isolation, we are reliant on so many other players and with that comes financial risk. This workshop will focus on the bigger picture and how to protect your own business from the impacts of insolvency.

Questions we’ll focus on:

  • What do I do when my subbie goes broke / becomes insolvent?
  • What do I do when my boss / main contractor becomes insolvent?
  • How can I protect my own business from insolvency?
  • What are the financial fundamentals I need to know to deliver my project on time and on budget and are there any digital tools out there to assist me?
