1. 3-4 judges are assigned to each category. Careful attention is paid to ensure judges are do not have any conflicts with the nominees.
2. Judges of each category are assessing merit based on the same criteria (see ten criteria above). These criteria will be judged with an equal balance between technical skills and personal skills.

3. Judging takes place in three stages:
4. The Category judges score the nominees deciding the winner and runner-up of their category (occasionally there are two runners-up). Their decision is final – there is no moderation.
5. The winners of each category are put forward to the Supreme Judges who decide on a Supreme winner.
